Fonksiyon

Donatma otomatları örneğin baskılı devre kartlarının üretilmesinde kullanılır. Baskılı devre kartları uzunlamasına hareket ettirilebilen kızaklar üzerinde yer alır. Donatma robotunun yakalayıcısı, elektronik bileşenleri baskılı devre kartları üzerine yerleştirir.

Uygulamada kızak kılavuzunun yataklaması, KS PERMAGLIDE® P10 malzemesinden üretilen ve bakım gerektirmeyen 2 adet kaymalı şerit ile gerçekleştirilir. Kızaklar şeritler üzerinde kolay ve sarsıntısız bir şekilde kayar ve bu sayede son derece hassas bir konumlandırmaya olanak sağlar.

 

KS PERMAGLIDE® P10 kaymali şeritlerin kizak kilavuzlarinda kullanim avantajlari

  • P10 kaymalı şeritlerin sahip olduğu iyi kayma özellikleri ve düşük sürtünme değeri sayesinde kızağın düşük ses seviyesi ile sarsıntısız şekilde çalıştırılmasını garanti edilir.
  • KS PERMAGLIDE® P10 kuru çalışma için uygundur, bu nedenle maddesinde kaynaklı olarak ortamda kirlenme olmaz.
