KS PERMAGLIDE® P14 kaymalı yatak burçları ile iğneli yazıcılarda renkli bant tahriğinin yataklanması

Doktor muayenehanelerindeki reçetelerin yazımı veya lojistik sektöründeki sevk irsaliyelerinin basımı gibi birden çok nüsha gerektiren işlemler için günümüzde hala iğneli yazıcılar kullanılmaktadır.

Bu yazıcılarda renkli bantların taşınması genellikle alttan bir dişli ile desteklenmektedir. Yazıcıların kompakt yapı şekli nedeniyle, fazla yer kaplamayan minyatür kaymalı yataklar gerekmektedir. Kağıt tozunun gres ile bir araya gelmesi sonucunda macunumsu bir madde oluşumu söz konusu olabileceği için, gerçekleştirilen uygulamalarda yağlama yapılmamıştır. Bu nedenle sürtünme değeri bozulur ve bunun sonucunda tahrik motoru olumsuz etkilenir.

Ancak kuru çalışmada motor daha küçük boyutlandırılabilmiştir. Bu uygulamada daha önce kullanılan sinterlenmiş yataklar, KS PERMAGLIDE® P14 kaymalı yataklar ile değiştirilmiştir ve bu sayede üretim maliyetleri daha da düşürülmüştür. KS PERMAGLIDE® P14 kaymalı yataklar ayrıca, ağır iş yükünün olduğu lazerli yazıcılardaki ve mürekkep püskürtmeli yazıcılardaki renkli bantların taşınması amacıyla kullanım için de uygundur.

KS PERMAGLIDE® P14 kaymalı yataklar ile yapılan yataklama sayesinde elde edilen güvenilir fonksiyonlar aşağıdaki avantajları sağlar:

P14 malzeme tanımı

KS PERMAGLIDE® P14, yüksek tribolojik performans sergileyen, kurşunsuz bir standart kaydırma malzemesidir. Bu malzeme bakım gerektirmeyen, kuru çalışmaların yapıldığı uygulamalar için tasarlanmıştır. Ancak sıvı yağlamalı sistemlerde kullanılması da mümkündür. Yağlama maddesi olarak gresin P14 ile temas ettirilmesi sınırlı şekilde mümkündür ve tavsiye edilmez.
